Lilia’s first stroll

Life with Lilia has been fabulous, but we both had a little bit of cabin fever today.  We decided to take Lilia out in her own personal set of wheels.  It’s hard to say whether or not she enjoyed it because we’re pretty sure she was never even aware that she wasn’t in her bassinet.  Of course it wouldn’t be Peru without a little detour and some bumps in the road.  A whole section of the road on our walk was torn up but Jon was fearless (and careful of course) and we got through it.

Yesterday Lilia had her one week check up and she actually gained weight this week.  Apparently her wild screams during feeding time are little piggy screams and not ‘mom, you’re starving me’ screams!  What a relief.

Elise you look great and Lila is so beautiful. It looks like it is a beautiful time of year there. How nice to take her out for a walk. Elle and I went out today it was actually warm in MI, 55…sad that we think that is warm now. Keep the posts coming so we can see Lila grow.
