Here is our prayer letter for June 2010.
DOGGIE!
Lilia loves doggies! Everything is about doggies. ‘Dog, dog, dog, dog’—all day long. Well, there are a lot of dogs here. We found a clean one that was just her size! Needless to say, this moment was priceless.
Oh, yeah, and she’s still watching us and copying everything we do. Can you tell what she’s doing here?
That’s right! Blowing on her food. Just like Mommy!
A day in the life of a Lilia
She has started to wake up cranky yelling, ‘NOOO!’ So we drop some books in her crib and go back to bed. Thirty minutes later she is usually ready to get up.
Lilia has just started to enjoy cuddling!
Living in a 3rd world offers its unique opportunities. This is Lilia’s first encounter with a baby goat.
What can I say? She LOVES her mommy!
Lilia knows where EVERYTHING goes. She will pick up a piece of trash and throw it away, lids go on tupperware, lipstick goes in mommy’s purse, bobby pins go in hair, keys go in the door….I could go on forever….this video shows just how closely she watches us! Scary!
